one of the hygienist was replaced recently and the new one is absolutely terrible. as someone who has healthy gum and never bled during a regular cleaning, the new hygienist was way too harsh and idk how she is certified and employed. original hygienist cleans follows the order of ur teeth and knows the exact depth targeting different kind of patients, she was concise, thorough and professional. the new hygienist jumps around in ur mouth and gum and made me bled(medium/heavy) the first time(which some ppl might consider normal but not in my case), her incoming also messed my original scheduled cleaning date and right now i have no appointment setup with a increased price. dr kituskie is fine as usual, but if ur looking for regular cleaning, i would not recommend this inflated price for a worsened service
