Our Popular Procedures
Dr. Kituskie utilizes advanced technology to expertly place dental implants. We have various tools and techniques available to ensure the most comfortable and successful implant placement possible. Whether you are missing one tooth, several teeth, or want to replace a full arch, implants are a trusted and reliable tooth-replacement system that can last a lifetime.
You may need a tooth extraction if you have a severely damaged tooth or advanced periodontal disease. Our periodontist can diagnose and treat any signs of compromised gums or bone and provide comprehensive care that can't be found at a regular dentist's office. After you have healed from your extraction, Dr. Kitsuskie can place dental implants, giving you the unique opportunity to have your entire dental process handled by just one doctor.
When you lose a tooth, your jawbone begins to atrophy. If you've had a missing tooth for too long, your bone may not be strong enough to support dental implants. Fortunately, Dr. Kituskie can perform a bone graft to strengthen your jawbone and ensure it is sturdy enough for the implant process. Our periodontist will perform a thorough evaluation to determine which type of bone graft is right for you.
All-on-4® dental implants are an excellent option for patients who wish to replace a full arch of missing teeth. All-on-4 uses only four implants and usually does not require preparatory bone grafting. Some patients can achieve results in just one procedure at our Wilmington office, making it a highly convenient option for the right candidate.

Advanced Technology for Superior Results
We utilize non-invasive laser dentistry to make each procedure as precise and comfortable as possible. Hearing a drill can be anxiety-inducing for some patients, but dental lasers are quiet and non-intimidating. Lasers can be used for a range of issues, especially treating infected gums, and they result in a faster recovery time and less bleeding.
Our Wilmington, DE, office strives to make periodontal care as comfortable as possible. For qualifying patients, we utilize a topical anesthetic that numbs the treatment area in just 30 seconds. Oraqix® eliminates the need for needles and is site-specific, ensuring that only the desired area is numbed instead of the entire mouth.
